Year 11 students at Mossbourne Victoria Park Academy achieve exceptional outcomes in GCSE results 2026
Mossbourne Victoria Park Academy, part of the Mossbourne Federation, is proud to celebrate another year of exceptional GCSE outcomes, with students achieving phenomenal results that reflect their dedication, commitment to excellence, and refusal to let excuses be barriers to reaching their potential. Today's achievements are the culmination of years of hard work, resilience, and determination from our Year 11 students, supported every step of the way by their teachers, support staff, parents, and carers.
The Class of 2026 has demonstrated remarkable perseverance throughout their educational journey and has risen to every challenge with maturity and purpose. Staff are delighted to see students rewarded for their efforts and are immensely proud of the progress they have made during their time at Mossbourne Victoria Park Academy.

“I feel incredibly proud of the students and privileged to work with the staff who have supported them, and in partnership with their parents and carers. With 51% of our students having an economic disadvantage and 19% of our students having Special Educational Needs, these results represent success for our whole community, providing young people with the opportunities they deserve to improve their life chances. Their successes are quite remarkable and are a testament to what can be achieved when the Mossbourne Federation’s values of Excellence, Unity and No Excuses are lived and breathed everyday.”

Tristan Law, Senior Student said:
“I am grateful to Mossbourne and all the teachers here for helping me so much throughout my time here. They’ve really taught me discipline and resilience and allowed me to get through especially tough times. I personally want to thank Dr Ogden, Mr Kirkman, and Ms Patel who have always been there to help me. I really want to thank Mossbourne because it has enabled me to secure a scholarship for my next steps.”

76% of students achieved Grade 5 or above in both English and Mathematics
86% of students achieved Grade 4 or above in both English and Mathematics
66% of students achieved Grades 5 or above across the EBacc suite of subjects
31% of students achieved an attainment 8 score of 8 or higher
52% of students achieved an attainment 8 score of 7 or higher
55% of all grades awarded were Grade 7 or above
19% of all grades awarded were Grade 9
48% of students achieved at least one Grade 9
In Art, 31% of grades awarded were Grade 9
In English, 29% of grades awarded were Grade 9
In History, 27% of grades awarded were Grade 9
