The Mossbourne Elixir Leadership team seeks to harness the magic of each of our schools and to pull together ideas, resources and opportunities to align and share phenomenal practice, and to take advantage of our unique position as an all-through Trust. The Elixir Leads work collaboratively with leaders across the schools for the benefit of all our staff and students, identifying areas for collaboration and innovation, creating teams of expertise to drive progress and ensure that every student and staff member have access to the best of what Mossbourne has to offer.
