On behalf of the Mossbourne Sixth Form team, I am delighted to welcome you and to wish you every success as you prepare for your public examinations and the next stage of your education.

Our Sixth Form is defined by exceptional teaching, expert guidance and an unwavering commitment to the individual. The Sixth Form team are highly experienced specialists who take great pride in knowing our students well. We work closely with each young person, recognising their strengths, supporting their ambitions and helping them to realise their full potential.

We expect every student to experience outstanding teaching from highly knowledgeable subject specialists in every lesson. Alongside academic rigour, we deliberately foster independence, resilience and critical thinking, essential qualities for success as young adults. Our students regularly secure places at some of the most academically demanding universities in the UK and abroad, including Oxbridge, Russell Group and leading international institutions. Many go on to pursue highly competitive pathways in medicine, dentistry, engineering, veterinary science and beyond. To support these ambitions, students benefit from regular exposure to experts from academia, industry, politics and the media, helping them to develop insight, confidence and aspiration.

Our trained staff deliver the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ), ensuring students stand out in a highly competitive university admissions landscape. Our Careers Advice and Guidance, Early Applicants Programme and comprehensive UCAS support are particular strengths, with experienced tutors providing expert, personalised guidance throughout the application process. We are also proud to offer targeted opportunities through our Medical and Architecture Bursary Programmes.
