Safeguarding
The Mossbourne Federation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people. We believe that every student has the right to feel safe, supported and valued within our schools, and we work tirelessly to create an environment where they can thrive both academically and personally.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. Across the Federation, we maintain a strong culture of vigilance and care, ensuring that all staff, governors and volunteers understand their role in protecting children from harm. We take all concerns seriously and work closely with families, external agencies and partner organisations to ensure that students receive the support they need.
Our safeguarding practices are underpinned by statutory guidance and are regularly reviewed to ensure they remain effective and responsive to the needs of our communities.
