For existing Parents and Carers  

A reminder that teaching staff do not communicate with parents/carers via email and that the admin@hassenbrook.org.uk  address is for external agencies, so should not be used by existing parents/carers, as in most cases you will not get a response.  

Please contact the Academy Reception on the telephone number above and ask to speak with the member of staff who is best placed to assist you. If you are not sure which member of staff is best placed to assist you, then please explain the nature of your query to the admin staff who will be able to advise you further.  

Alternatively, please contact the Academy Reception to book an appointment to speak to a member of senior staff at the MVPA Surgery (it will not run on any Friday that is either the last day of a half-term or is a Friday when students are not expected to be in school). 

In order to be fair to all parents/carers, when the surgery is busy, slots may need to be limited to ten minutes. 

Please note that MVPA Surgery staff will only meet with parents/carers; staff will not meet with education advocates, solicitors or any other professional.
