Mossbourne Herd Lane Academy - Local Governing Body
Mossbourne Herd Lane Academy (formerly Corringham Primary School) is a primary academy within the Mossbourne Federation, a multi-academy trust and a registered company, limited by guarantee. It is an exempt charity regulated by the Department for Education on behalf of the Secretary of State for Education.
The Mossbourne Federation Central Federation Board (CFB) has established a Local Governing Body (LGB) for Mossbourne Herd Lane Academy, fulfilling an advisory function regarding student learning and welfare. Mossbourne Herd Lane Academy was previously Corringham Primary School, before a merger between the Ortu Federation and the Mossbourne Federation took place on 1st January 2025.
