Extended Hours
At Mossbourne Herd Lane, we understand that families may need flexible childcare arrangements beyond the school day. Our extended hours provision is designed to support working parents and carers while providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children before and after school.
Extended hours offer children the opportunity to socialise, relax and take part in enjoyable activities in a familiar setting, supported by staff who know them well.
We currently offer the following extended hours provision:
Breakfast Club
Breakfast Club runs from 7:15 AM - 8:30 AM and costs £4.00.
It runs during Term-time only.
We provide a healthy breakfast and ready for school session.
All bookings and payments must be made on the Arbor App.

After School Club
After School Club runs from:
15:15 - 16:15 and costs £3.50.
15:15 - 17:15 and costs £6.00.
15:15 - 18:00 and costs £10.00.
It runs during Term-time only.
During this session, we offer play and relaxation, as well as an opportunity for your child to complete their homework, read to an adult, and practise their times tables and number bonds.
If you pick up later than the session finish time, you will be charged for the next session.
Holiday Club
Our Holiday club is available to support our families during holiday times.
All bookings and payments are to be made on Arbor.
Our Holiday club runs from Monday - Friday 8am until 4pm.
The sessions are:
Half day - 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at £14:00 per session
Half day - 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at £14:00 per session
Full day - 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at £20.00 a day
A charge of £10 is applicable for the late collection of children.
You will need to provide your child with drinks, a snack and a packed lunch for the duration of their stay.
Activities can include:- Painting, crafting, cooking, sports, puzzles, games, access to IT equipment and many more.
Costs for Breakfast, After School Club and Holiday Club
Breakfast Club Costs:
£4.00 per child, per day.
After School Club Costs:
£3.50 per child, per 15:15 - 16:15 session.
£6.00 per child, per 15:15 - 17:15 session.
£10.00 per child, per 15:15 - 18:00 session.
Holiday Club Costs:
£14.00 per child, per half day.
