Mossbourne Fobbing Academy – Local Governing Body
Mossbourne Fobbing Academy (formerly Gable Hall School) is a secondary and sixth form academy within the Mossbourne Federation, a multi-academy trust and a registered company, limited by guarantee.
It is an exempt charity regulated by the Department for Education on behalf of the Secretary of State for Education.
The Mossbourne Federation Central Federation Board (CFB) has established a Local Governing Body (LGB) for Mossbourne Fobbing Academy, fulfilling an advisory function regarding student learning and welfare.
Mossbourne Fobbing Academy was previously Gable Hall School, before a merger between the Ortu Federation and the Mossbourne Federation took place on 1st January 2025.
