Mossbourne Community Academy is currently seeking an outstanding Lead Teacher of Mathematics.  We are looking for someone who considers themselves a ‘team-player’, loves maths and most importantly loves sharing that passion for maths with other people.  The right candidate will have a growth mindset and be looking to continually develop as a practitioner.  As lead teacher, the successful candidate will help the department’s leadership with the CPD delivery for the team, in particular by planning and delivering training sessions and observing and providing feedback to colleagues.  They will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), have a proven track record of successful Mathematics teaching across different key stages and believe that all students can succeed in these courses.
