Mossbourne Parkside Academy has been on an incredible journey. Our new Head of School will be an inspiring leader who understands the reasons for this remarkable success and can lead further development of our simulating, exciting and vibrant learning environment at Parkside.

The successful candidate will be the senior professional in the academy, providing first-class leadership and management and overseeing day-to-day operations. Working with the Executive Principal for our Primary Academies, the Head of School will ensure that the Federation’s vision and values underpin the leadership, management and organisation of the school including its goals and targets and its day-to-day practices and routines.

The Head of School will embed the fundamental values of excellence, no excuses and unity that help us to achieve high standards across all Mossbourne schools. They will drive the highest standards of teaching and learning and will work with us to ensure the academy is not only an outstanding school but an exceptional one. They will have the full support of a central Federation business services team including HR, Estates, Finance and IT.
