Mossbourne Community Academy placed within the top 1% of schools in the country is looking for a Learning Mentor to assist students with diverse support needs. The role involves providing crucial 1:1 guidance in a constructive, supportive, and professional manner, helping students overcome barriers to learning. Working closely with the Pastoral and CSD Teams, you’ll play a vital role in the pastoral support system. Passion for education, strong organization, and a willingness to go the extra mile are essential qualities for this role.
