Mossbourne Victoria Park Academy is currently seeking an Attendance and Welfare Officer. The successful applicant will be well organised, energetic and willing to go the ‘extra mile’. In addition, they should be passionate about supporting the Pastoral Team to maintain the purposeful, disciplined and nurturing environment, in which Mossbourne students excel. Student attendance and welfare are at the heart of pastoral care at Mossbourne Victoria Park Academy and as such, this role plays a key part in ensuring students well-being. The role can be separated into two distinct areas (Student Attendance and Student Welfare) although there are many overlaps between the two.
